Shipping & Returns

Once payment is received, all items are shipped by USPS within seven to fourteen working business days. Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided.


Melinda the Mystic Witch and Mystic Magick are not responsible for items that get lost on international deliveries or within the United States unless the items have been insured.

Insurance is available for an additional fee.

Magickal results are measured by the witch, wizard, or one in the range of the mystical arts. Ascended Candles cannot guarantee specific results or the desired outcome. 


All items are sold for spiritual interest only.

Melinda, the Mystic Witch, and Mystic Magick products are not responsible for any given result or outcome.

Please seek appropriate counsel when it comes to any health or legal issue. Ascended Candles is NOT responsible for anything but the product you purchased.


The Return and Exchange Policy lasts up to 30 days. Once 30 days have gone by since your purchase, you're not able to receive a refund or an exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The candle must NOT be burned if one desires a refund of a pre-purchased item/ candle.

There are NO EXCHANGES. 

Gift Cards are not returnable/ refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  1. Any item not in its original condition. Is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery



Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Depending on where your refund is going back, it may take a few days for the refund to be returned to your original account/ credit card.  Contact your bank. There is maybe some processing time before the refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please send a notice on the CONTACT page.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.



Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Exchanging your item for another item of the same price. Exchanges of greater or lower-value items may require additional charges. Send an email at the CONTACT page and send your item to: P.O. BOX


To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O. BOX 220934 Anchorage, Alaska 99522. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Received The Wrong Item In Your Order

If you receive your order and find that it was not the item you purchased by mistake, please send a message in the contact page with an attached picture of the order received with the label and date. If the mistake is confirmed, the missing item will be sent to you at no extra cost within the United States orders ONLY.
